Roasting coffee transforms the chemical and physical properties of green coffee beans into roasted coffee products. The roasting process is what produces the characteristic flavor of coffee by causing the green coffee beans to change in taste. Unroasted beans contain similar if not higher levels of acids, protein, sugars, and caffeine as those that have been roasted, but lack the taste of roasted coffee beans due to the Maillard and other chemical reactions that occur during roasting.

We have developed 15 branches, 50 distributors with our brand’s presence at shelves of all well-know supermarket chains through out Vietnam such are CoopMart, Metro, Maxi mart,… Our product has been exported to Russia, Korea, Southeast Asia, and somes to Japan and U.S.

Acquired top 50 Gold Products of 2011 for Super Clean Coffee MC. Achieved Gold Prize for Vietnam high quality goods for years from 2006 – 2011. And also gained many other prizes and recognition.
ME TRANG COFFEE JSC received the attention of many customers in the international Food and Beverage Fair takes place from 11 – 17, Nov.2016 in Chicago, Illinois, USA.
PLMA’s 2016 Private Label Trade Show is the one industry event where private label producers across every food and nonfoods category offer their manufacturing capabilities and expertise, exhibiting tens of thousands of products that will carry the retailer’s brand. Joining manufacturers from across the U.S. on the trade show floor were seventeen international and two regional pavilions featuring exhibitors from Canada, China, France, Greece, Italy, Mexico, The Netherlands, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, Turkey and Vietnam among others. Over 56 countries overall were represented throughout the show floor.
